Anagram Solver

Anagram Solver finds every word that can be spelled using exactly the letters you provide, no more and no less — the classic anagram puzzle, useful for word games, crosswords that ask for an anagram of a given word, or just settling whether "listen" really does rearrange into "silent" (it does).

By default it looks for exact anagrams — words that use every one of your letters exactly once. Turn on the "allow shorter" option and it also finds sub-anagrams: valid words made from a subset of your letters, grouped by length so you can browse from longest to shortest.

Matching runs against a general English word list loaded once in your browser, and nothing you type is sent anywhere. Because it's a single dictionary, some proper nouns or very obscure words may not appear in results.
