Sign PDF lets you place your signature onto a document and save it back as a PDF — a lease you need to return, a contract, a school or medical consent form that has to come back signed today. Instead of printing, signing, and scanning, you drop your signature straight onto the page.
You add your signature — drawn, or uploaded as an image — position it on the signature line, size it, and place it wherever the form needs it, including a date or initials. The result is a flattened PDF you can email or upload.
Everything happens in your browser, so a document with personal terms is never uploaded to a signing service. One honesty note, covered in the FAQ below: this places a picture of your signature on the page, which is what most everyday forms ask for — it is not a cryptographic e-signature.
- Upload the PDF you need to sign.
- Add your signature by drawing or uploading it.
- Position and size it on the signature line.
- Download the signed PDF.
