Watermark PDF

Stamp DRAFT, CONFIDENTIAL, or any text across every page of a PDF. Runs on your device — nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored.

About Watermark PDF

Watermark PDF stamps text across your pages — DRAFT, CONFIDENTIAL, a company name, or a review-copy label — so the document's status travels with it. It's how you make sure a draft circulating for comment can't be mistaken for the final version, or that a sensitive file is clearly marked before it's shared.

You type the watermark text and place it over the pages, typically at an angle and semi-transparent so it's unmistakable without hiding the content underneath. The stamp is applied to every page (or the ones you choose) and saved into the file, so it shows up for everyone who opens it.

The watermark is added in your browser, so the document you're marking is never uploaded. Note that a text watermark is a visual overlay, not a security lock — it labels a document, it doesn't encrypt it or stop it being edited.
